Many families in Houston were deeply impacted by Hurricane Harvey. These families are still recovering from their loses. Being that Flower Child Foundation is designed to empower children through education, we couldn't think a better way than to help the children than with school supplies.

We believe that by equipping the children with as many school supplies as possible  that we can help them have a successful school year.

Flower Child Foundation has partnered up with the Houston Independent School District and their Strategic Partnerships program. With the assistance of their partnership liaison, we were given Hartman Middle School to adopt. Hartman Middle School is a title one school, title 1 schools are schools who's students are at-risk and low-income.

Our goal for the 2018-2019 school year is to help as many students at Hartman Middle School have the supplies that they need.

By having the school supplies that they need, we believe that it will  empower and motivate the children to want to receive the education with open arms.
